Welcome!
Tonight is Knit Night (KN) again, and starting about 5:00 the fiber artists fanatics start to arrive. The knitters, crocheters and spinners. We start with small conversation, and as the group grows, to 20 -30 folks, the conversation get quite loud, and exciting. I'm surprised that we've had more for KN during the summer than we do in the winter time!
Tonight I'll ask the group about Rowan Yarns, which one's I should order for the store, tell them about "Hemp for Knitting" and "Mission Falls" which was ordered today. New lines to carry at the store. I have the best retail therapy when the yarn reps come visit! It's the time I get to shop!
Several of us will go to Boundary Bay Brewery after KN for a meal and beer. We've been doing this now for about 5 years. It's one of the events that makes us the best of friends, and to make new friends.
